Start with the truth of last week, before you decide anything about the next.
- Where did your hours really go last week — and where would you have wanted them to go instead?
- What do you keep doing out of habit or obligation that no longer earns its place?
- What would you stop tomorrow if you knew for certain that no one would notice?
- Where's the widest gap between what you say matters and what your calendar actually shows?
What deserves more of you
Now turn it around: what would you protect if you took it seriously?
- What consistently feels worth it afterwards — not just pleasant in the moment, but genuinely glad-you-did-it?
- Who or what do you quietly wish you gave more time to than you currently do?
- What do you keep putting off until things finally calm down — knowing they may never quite calm down?
- What's one thing you could drop to free up real time for what actually matters?
You won’t act on all of this at once, and you don’t need to. Reclaiming a single hour from something that no longer earns it, and giving it to something that does, is a better week than most productivity overhauls deliver.
